Hormann solid timber sectional garage doors – sumptuous, luxurious and screaming class.

The Hormann LTH 40 S Ribbed Hemlock sectional garage door comprises of 4 narrow horizontal ribs per panel. The natural properties of pine – the light-coloured softwood that is the main has straight graining beautifully interspersed with heart shakes, resin pockets and the most recognisable of all the characteristics of pine – the famous knots.

The first rate precision machining is not only evident in the details it also shows up in the absolutely even spacing of the sections. The doors are factory treated for protection against insect and fungal attack.

Torsion spring technology (with a patented safety device) comes as standard with Hormann timber sectional doors to effortlessly handle the increased weightiness making them easy to open and close even without electric operation.

Other patented safety features incorporated with the LTH40 Hemlock include the impressive finger trap protection and track roller system that prevents the door derailing.
The doors will need treating with a wood preservative.

The Hormann LTH 40 is manufactured with no pre-drilled handle hole as standard. This is to offer a smooth door finish on doors with electric operation which do not require a handle. If a handle is required, a selection of handles are available from the selection below at a surcharge.

Suitable Operators
Both the Hormann Promatic and the Hormann Supramatic are the perfect remote controlled operators for the Hormann LTH 40. They both come supplied with an integral receiver, automatic locking, automatic safety cut-out, emergency release from inside, and a soft start/soft stop function to minimise door wear and tear.

Hormann electric garage door operators are supplied with 2 transmitters as standard when purchased. Other remote transmitters and access control systems are available from the selection shown below and other controls are available to link in with Homelink systems and also vehicle transmitter systems.
