Introducing the Cotswold GRP Up & Over Range of up and over one piece garage doors. The exclusive Cotswold GRP collection combines visual appeal through finely moulded panel detail together with strength in the superior operating mechanism through to the excellent chassis design.

The GRP woodgrain door panels faithfully replicate the natural beauty ingrained characteristics of quality timber whilst possessing an enormous benefit of being effectively maintenance free and impervious to inclement weather conditions. The individually hand crafted panels are of a deeper construction to resist impact damage and retain rigidity that is often lacking in so many other GRP garage doors.

All single doors come with a multi point locking system as standard, however double doors are fitted with two point locking, and are finished to an exceedingly high quality.

Below is our range of matching single and double Cotswold GRP garage doors. Available in many standard woodgrain colours and standard double and single sizes with or without steel sub fixing frames in white or brown. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

Colour Options

The Cotswold GRP range has 9 standard colours available however special colours are available on request. These 9 standard colours are:

Window Options

Window options are restricted to certain models due to panel designs on particular models.

The Enstone and Stow are fitted with translucent flemish effect windows as standard.

The Armscote and Charlbury can be fitted with windows as an option. This includes opaque black GRP windows as an option.

External Handle Options

All doors come with a black nylon handle with a black escutcheon plate as standard. Other options include a cast aluminium gold handle with matching escutheon plate, cast aluminium silver anodised handle with matching escutcheon plate or no handle at all (favoured for electric operation). Handles are available in custom colours on request.

Gearing Mechanisms

All Cotswold GRP garage doors come complete with the highest quality operating mechanisms. All parts are either hot dipped galvanised or zinc plated for maximum corrosion resistance.

Retractable Gear

Each retractable gear we supply is pre-assembled for site installation and includes infinitely adjustable universal anchors for fixing. Multiple tension springs are used to ensure safety against finger trapping and the door slamming shut in the event of another spring breaking.

Four point latching in top and bottom corners of the door panel comes as standard. A full specification on this locking system and all door components is available on request.

Canopy Gear

Large diameter rollers ensure smooth operation with a canopy gear combined with die cast alloys drums with 2.4mm diameter cables as standard. All gear is pre-assembled for site installation.

Double Doors

All double doors come fitted with a retractable gear. Two point locking is included as standard.

Frames

All doors are supplied with a pre-finished sub frame in RAL 8028 Brown or RAL 9016 White. Single doors are available unframed to allow for fixing with a timber frame.
