NovoRol is a new, automated, insulated roller door from Novoferm - an ideal solution for people who want to improve the appearance of their home and gain space in their garage. NovoRol doors open vertically with no 'kick out' of the door - this means you can park right up to the door on your driveway.
With in-built automation, you can have the luxury and convenience of remote control as standard. And as the door is made from insulated aluminium profiles, NovoRol provide a thermal and acoustic barrier, helping to control your energy bills, reduce noise and possibly your carbon footprint.

NovoRol opens vertically and rolls compactly, allowing you to park up to the door and keeping the ceiling space inside your garage free.
The integral drive unit is built into the door and requires only 30cm (12") headroom. The drive unit is a powerful, high quality tubular motor and includes a manual override.

 







All NovoRol doors are automated as standard.
Imagine the luxury of opening and closing the door at the touch of a button. To help you to park your car, an automatic light is built into the control box and is activated when the door starts to open. Two compact remote control handsets are provided as standard.

 






Behind the NovoShield cover there are special sliding end brackets which enable the door curtain to be fed straight into the tracks reducing wear and scuffing of the curtain edges

NovoRol provides excellent noise and thermal insulation.
The 77mm high, double walled aluminium lathes are filled with CFC-free insulating foam giving a lathe thickness of 15mm.

The lathe has a typical U value of 5.2W/m2K

 





All NovoRol doors have brush weathersealing in the tracks and a rubber bottom weatherseal.

Incorporated into the weatherseal is an emergency sensor which will stop and reverse the door if it senses an obstruction during operation.
This safety edge incorporates a unique Opto-Sensor system.

NovoRol garage doors are constructed from 77mm double walled aluminium lathes filled with CFC-free insulating foam. Doors supplied with aluminium guide channels.

Doors supplied complete with remote controlled powered operation, safety kit and two hand-transmitters. Doors supplied complete with Safety Edge system and Safety Brake as standard.

Doors can be fitted either internally, externally or within the reveal. If fitted externally, a full box cover must be used. Roller doors that are required for external fitting - reverse roll - are only available in white polyester paint finish.

The motor can be fitted to the right or left hand side of the door, as viewed from the inside looking out (or if the door is to be fitted externally - reverse roll - from the outside looking in)
All door curtains have a white polester powder coated internal finish to keep the appearance of the inside of the garage crisp and clean.

End plates, guides and box covers are supplied as standard finished in white polester powder coating.

Some marking may occur at the top of the internal side of the door curtain. This is unavoidable and is due to prolonged contact with the auto lock syste.
Due to the manufacturing process, the base rail may vary in colour from the rest of the door.

When fully open the door curtain will hang down by approximately 50mm below the top of the guides
