ESTIMATED LEAD TIMES
PLEASE NOTE: We are on extended lead times as our manufacturers catch up, so please bear with us, we are doing everything we can to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as can be. The list below are estimates only of manufacturer lead times.
Due to COVID restrictions our installations teams are currently on a 6-8 week lead time. Therefore you will be advised at the time of placing your order, the grand total estimated lead time as a combined calculation.
Lead times are higher than usual due to a large number of enquiries in addition to delays from covid as staff self-isolate through various stages of the supply chain, from offices to manufacturer factories. Circumstances are changing every day.
Please contact us to discuss the current lead times for the product you require, and to discuss your installation where needed.
We are still quoting, advising, ordering, surveying and installing! All in accordance with current government guidelines.
CARTECK:
Stock sectional doors: 6-8 weeks
Non-stock sectionals: 6-8 weeks
Insulated side hinged: 11-12 weeks
Extended lead times on Carteck aluminium glazing ranges
CEDAR:
10 weeks.
GARADOR:
Delays on all doors, spares, accessories and motors.
Extended lead times on Georgian, Beaumont and Cathedral doors.
Side hinged doors: Up to 12 weeks
GLIDEROL:
Majority of Gliderol doors: 6 weeks
GRD heavy duty motor currently out of stock. G+ retrofit motor can be used as replacement. Please enquire for more information.
HORMANN:
Delays on most doors.
Non-stock sectionals: 10 weeks +
Double leaf side hinged: 24-26 weeks
NT60 doors: extended lead times, 12+ weeks
RYTERNA:
15+ weeks lead time for Ryterna products.
RD65 currently unavailable.
Side hinged: 13 weeks lead time
SWS:
Chartwell Greenc colour currently unavailable.
Roller doors: Lead times of 6 weeks.
Sectional doors: 10 weeks. Delays in production of up to 10 weeks for SWS SeceuroGlide sectional garage doors.
Side hinged: 16 weeks approx.
Round the corner doors: 12 weeks.
SWS 4 Button Black Smooth Handset is currently out of stock.
WOODRITE:
Woodrite solid build up and overs are currently running on extended lead times.
Panel built up and overs from the Buckingham range are an alternative if a quicker turnaround is needed.
Idigbo & Accoya Doors: 8 weeks
Cedarwood: Up to 6 weeks
Side Hinged: 10-12 weeks
Personnel Doors: 8+ weeks.

Staff:
Should any staff within our business suffer any sign of COVID-19 to include: sore throat, cough, loss of taste and smell (when you had it before) coupled with a temperature, they must immediately exclude themselves from work and any contact with others from our workplace, and immediately go into isolation. From this point onwards they must follow government and NHS COVID-19 guidance.
Our colleagues are all asked to remain at the previously suggested 2m distance from one another unless they are co-workers. We minimise interaction between our buildings.
